All Vendors or Contractors will do a walkthrough with facilities manager and a representative from the tenant, before pickups maybe started.

• A representative from the lab space will be present and sign manifests, facilities will not be responsible.
• Use back common hallways from tenant space and chemical storage room.
• Exit the building using the loading dock area.
