Tenant / Building / Visitor Access Hours
Access is available to tenants at any time with proper badge. Tenants and their employees are granted access to Discovery with an individually assigned building security access card which allows them access to their building 24/7.
Any tenant requiring services to be performed on weekends or holidays should notify the Property Manager in advance for making proper arrangements. Costs for these services will be charged in accordance with the lease terms.
- The Property Management Office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, except for Building holidays.
Please refer to your lease for the exact dates of building holidays. The property management Holidays are as follows:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
There are additional charges to be paid by the tenant for any holiday or after-hours services.
